The bird in the photo is a red-tailed hawk that lives at Trees for Tomorrow. It was injured and is not able to be released into the wild, so it is used for educating students about Wisconinsin's birds of prey. (Mr. Todd Starling is the handler/educator) #GoFloCats

US History II students researched US presidents and then tried to convince their peers that their president was the greatest in the US. As a class, JFK was evaluated based on domestic and foreign policy decision-making along with his persuasive “Kennedy style.” Evaluation criteria such as moral authority, economic management, crisis leadership , and international relations were utilized to rate each president. #GoFloCats

FHS students spent a day in Edinburgh, Scotland & visited the Edinburgh Castle, shopped & had a tour of the important historical places. The guide took interested people to see the hotspots for Harry Potter and Outlander fans. We then spent a day driving through the Lake District of England stopping to visit Greta Green and Dove Cottage. Greta Green is known for people running away to get married (by the blacksmith.) Dove Cottage was the home of author William Woodsworth for awhile. #GoFloCats
