Students attended QPR training which stands for Question, Persuade & Refer. Students learned the different signs of suicide, how to ask the question & talk with somone who has feelings of suicide, skills to pursuade them to get help & the resources to refer somone who can help.

The Fab Lab at Florence High School opens its doors to the public every Thursday night, from 4-7 pm. The community can come to the Lab, room 229, to get help turning their ideas and prototypes into reality.
Pictured below are blue jeans etched with a custom design. This featured project uses a laser etching machine that can burn permanent designs into several different types of fabrics among other materials such as wood, glass, or plastic.

Students in the TROOP Group (Together Reaching Our Own Potential) were able to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and colors. The students were able to go for a nature walk at Fumee and then enjoyed Ice-Cream at Dairy Queen afterwards.
