Congratulations to Reed Makuck on being voted FHS's "Artist of the Month" for May. Reed's Prismacolor drawing titled Mrs. Eclectic was the winning work of art. Reed was treated to lunch at the Chippewa Club through ASA and participated in a needle felting workshop taught by artists from Sweet Memories Farm in Iron River.

Spanish classes visited Fox Cities' Performing Arts Center to enjoy the Flamenco Viva: Carlota Santana show. Flamenco is a Spanish dance and music that originates from Andalusia in southern Spain between the 15th and 18th centuries. This was a great way to experience the culture studied in class.
