Congratulations to the music students who participated in the Wisconsin School Music Association/Northern Lakes Conference District Solo & Ensemble Festival this past Friday February 27th. Three of our students, Gabe Krenzke, Greta Nault, and Abby Tibbs, have qualified for the WSMA State Solo & Ensemble Festival which will take place this April at UW Oshkosh. The Fab Lab at Florence High School opens its doors to the public every Thursday night, from 4-7 pm. The community can come to the Lab, room 229, to get help turning their ideas and prototypes into reality.
Pictured below are blue jeans etched with a custom design. This featured project uses a laser etching machine that can burn permanent designs into several different types of fabrics among other materials such as wood, glass, or plastic.
