Florence Students in Language 7 recently completed reading S.E. Hinton’s classic, The Outsiders. Here the seventh grade students are writing letters to themselves, modeled on Johnny’s letter to Ponyboy. The letters are regarding the students’ future hopes and dreams for their lives. The students will receive their letters at the end of their senior year.
