Students attended QPR training which stands for Question, Persuade & Refer. Students learned the different signs of suicide, how to ask the question & talk with somone who has feelings of suicide, skills to pursuade them to get help & the resources to refer somone who can help.



Congratulations to Carson Chrisman for being selected Student of the Week! Carson is the son of Rick & Teresa Chrisman of Aurora. Carson is a well rounded student who displays all aspects of Bobcat PRIDE. Overall, Carson is a great role model for his peers.

The Fab Lab at Florence High School opens its doors to the public every Thursday night, from 4-7 pm. The community can come to the Lab, room 229, to get help turning their ideas and prototypes into reality.
Pictured below are blue jeans etched with a custom design. This featured project uses a laser etching machine that can burn permanent designs into several different types of fabrics among other materials such as wood, glass, or plastic.



Florence Elementary = Kids Heart Challenge is here! We are having fun in PE classes this week celebrating the American Heart Association through Nature Walks.
