Florence LadyCats kicked off the summer with their youth camp. Campers are grades 4-8 and instructors are JV and Varsity players. Another great year and thank you for all your hard work.

As the school year draws to a close, and summer break beckons, the students of Florence Elementary are proving that distance doesn't diminish our sense of community. This week, our school celebrated an unforgettable end-of-year event symbolizing the strength and interconnectedness of our school family.
The tree house event was a resounding success, bringing together students, and staff. It wasn’t just about marking the end of another academic year but celebrating the bonds we’ve built and will continue to nurture, even when we're apart.
As we head into summer, it’s important to remember that our connections don’t end with the school year. Whether through playdates, family gatherings, or community events, the spirit of the School District of Florence County will continue to thrive. We encourage everyone to stay in touch, share their summer adventures, and look forward to the exciting new experiences the next school year will bring.
Our Florence family is better when we are connected, supporting one another, and celebrating our unique community. The student chain that surrounds our school is a reminder of the strength we gain from each other and the incredible things we can achieve together.
So, as you enjoy your summer break, remember: The School District of Florence County isn't just a place—it's a community. Let’s keep our connections strong, our spirits high, and come back in the fall ready for new adventures. Have a fantastic summer, Florence family! 🌳💚
