The Florence SkillsUSA Students competed at the District Competition at Antigo High School. Students competed in Job Interview, Related Technical Math, Technical Drafting and Team Engineering Challenge. The middle school Team Engineering students; Chloe, Ana, Julia placed 3rd overall with their bridge model. Second place was earned by Lucy in Related Technical Math and Logan in Technical Drafting. It was an exciting game, a tremendous victory and one that will be remembered for a very long time. Also, congratulations to our School District Staff, our students, the Florence County School Board our fans and the community on the great outpouring of support both at the game and at the homecoming celebration. It is great to see the community rally around our kids and support them as you do. I hope everyone enjoys the Thanksgiving break and can spend time with Family and Friends.
