Shall the School Board of the School District of Florence County be authorized to exceed the revenue limit under Section 121.91 of the Wisconsin Statutes beginning with the 2025-2026 school year through the 2028-2029 school year on a non-recurring basis by the following amounts for the purpose of paying the District operation and maintenance costs: $2,500,000 for 2025-2026 school year, $2,800,000 for the 2026-2027 school year, $3,100,000 for the 2027-2028 school year, and $3,400,000 for the 2028-2029 school years as provided in the foregoing resolution?
