Thank you to Florence Human Services for bringing Taes Leavitt with the Big Heart Journey to FES & providing students with a bag & Buddy Bear. Taes shared with our students that it is okay when big feelings come to visit, but we have the power to Feeling Flip.

Elementary Students will attend pep rallies at the MS/HS on Friday, February 24th, and Thursday, March 2nd. Students will be dismissed at 3:15 and loading busses at the High School.
The attached image is of the MS/HS campus. Any student that is a parent pickup those days can be picked up at the west side gym entrance, indicated by the yellow arrow on the image. If you have any questions please contact the Elementary Office.

Florence 5k, 1st & 2nd grade rotated to 6 different classes to have activities in the 100-day celebration. Activities included a snack, exercise, puzzles, and monster creations. Students were grouped with all ages. Students had fun traveling to all the classrooms.

Florence County, there will be a send-off today for Caitlyn Kelley, who is competing in the state wrestling competition. If you can, help us line Central Ave starting at 11:00 today, they will proceed from Steamin' Joe's to the BP. Come out & help us cheer her on!!

"KAMO" Kids Fishing Derby Saturday, Feb 18th, 2023 10:00 am till 1:00pm on Lake Emily in Florence all kids 5 -15 are welcome to attend Everything will be provided by KAMO: Including entry fee, jig poles, bait, prizes and lunch at noon. Any questions, call Johnny Johnson at 715-548-1112

Florence Hardwoods donated the boards, and Mr. Mike Merhalski measured students and cut and painted the boards for us. Florence Hardwoods also donated a bag of goodies for each of the 5K students. We are very thankful for their generosity and to live in such a great community!
