Online Registration, Chromebook & Schedule Pickup

Dear Florence Families,

New this year!  We have added online enrollment updates for our existing families.  This will allow us to collect all of the beginning of the year paperwork from our families online.  You can do this by logging into your Skyward account.  Please complete this process for each of your students.  If you need a skyward account please email chartierm@myflorence.org.  If you have questions please email Chris Secrist – sceristc@myflorence.org for MS/HS or Holly Krueger – kruegerh@myflorence.org or call your school office.  Full instructions on this process are located on our website www.myflorence.org  under the parents tab and attached to this email.  MS/HS registration must be completed for students to receive their Chromebooks.

MS/HS Chromebook Distribution and Student Schedule pickup will be by curbside distribution.  Families will drive up to the MS/HS main entrance and hold up a piece of paper with students' names on it. Chromebooks and schedules will be brought out to your car by a staff member.  Chromebook acceptable use forms in the online registration MUST BE completed in order for students to receive their Chromebooks.

MS/HS Chromebook Distribution will be for families with last name starting with

A-L                     August 18th from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

M-Z                    August 19th from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

If you have an unavoidable schedule conflict please contact the MS/HS office so we can work something out.
